Christina Haack was conceived in Anaheim, California. Her first job post-school was as an agent for real estate. She was introduced to Tarek Al Moussa while working in the real estate industry. Following the 2008 collapse of the stock market numerous real estate investors and home flippers were unable to make their profits. Tarek El Moussa almost wiped out due to the 2008 market crash. Following their move from a home which cost them $6,000 per year to an apartment costing $700, they nearly lost all their possessions. The company slowly recovered and their economy. HGTV and Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted an accomplice to assist in the production of an HGTV audition video in the year 2011. The tape showed Tarek as well as Christina working together to turn the house. Pie Town Productions' executives got hold of the tape. The executives fell in love of Tarek, Christina and their tale. The couple in 2012 reached a deal with HGTV. The show "Flip of Flop" was launched on the 13th of April, 2013. Over the course of seven seasons, this show ran from 2013 until 2017. The series featured Christina and Tarek buying properties located in Orange County. They would invest weeks in transforming the homes in order to make them for profits. Tarek handles construction, demolition and renovations. Christina keeps everything running in a timely manner.
