Amy Smart was an American model and actress. Amy was born and raised in California in the USA. Her modelling career started in Italy. She began her acting career in the year 1996 with the TV film "Her Costly Affair". After a tough transition and a very small part in the film 'Starship Troopers.' It was difficult for her to transition between modelling and acting because models are not considered as competent actors and typically given small and insignificant role. Amy never gave up. She exceeded her roles from the 70's' show and the feature film Varsity Blues. The 2005 romantic comedy film "Just Friends" which starred Ryan Reynolds gave her her first leading role. Amy received the recognition she'd sought for over an entire decade.
