Lofaso was able to achieve the creative spirit she desired thanks to her partnership. Black Market has no one direction in mind and it is that way. The first course could be potato chips and peppers dill, followed by Korean wings and meatballs. What binds this diverse variety of tastes is Antonia. She has been a part of numerous television shows such as Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars as well as Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso has teamed up with Penguin to publish The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 recipes for Quick Delicious homemade Meals in the year 2012.
